Getting Started with Versa and Ionic

follow this step by step to get started

**Please note: Your email address is your username for logging into achu**

Step 1: Purchase Versa or Ionic

If you do not already own a Fitbit Versa or Fitbit Ionic. Click here to purchase one.

Step 2: Select achuTM clock face from settings page

Open the Fitbit app. Navigate to your watch settings and select Clock Faces.

Search for the achuTM clock face by selecting the search icon in the top right.

Install the achuTM clock face.

Step 3: Navigate to clock face settings and create an achuTM account

Navigate to clock face settings to manage the app.

Create an achuTM account so you can begin to calibrate your unique sickness prediction algorithm. Select register new account and follow the steps on screen to create your account. You will receive an email upon successful completion.

Step 4: Sign in with your achu™ credentials (email address)

Once you have created an account with achuTM and  received an email confirmation you are ready to sign in.

Select User Id and enter the email address you signed up with. Select Save When entered.

Next, select Password and enter your password. Select Save When entered.

Once both fields have been entered, select login.

Please Note: The login button is static. You will see the confirmation on the clock face when you select login on the fitbit app. You can confirm this by selecting the icon in the top left of the clock face. It will show your email address.

Step 5: Authorize achuTM to access your Fitbit data

Now that you have created an account with achuTM, you must authorize achuTM to collect and analyze your Fitbit data. Select authorize achuTM and follow the screens to authorize access. You will receive an email confirmation upon a successful sync of your data.

Step 6: Check settings on watch to make sure both account and authorization synchronized

To make sure you have successfully logged in and authorized your data you can check the settings on the achuTM clock face at anytime, simply by selecting the settings icon in the top right corner.

Step 7: Calibrate sickness predicting algorithm

You must have a minimum of 5 days of Fitbit data stored on your account to get an immediate sickness score. If you do not have a minimum of 5 days of health data it will take 3 days for your score to appear on the clock face.

Train your unique algorithm by entering your symptoms by selecting the stethoscope in the top right corner of the screen. When you have selected all the symptoms you are experiencing, select send report.

The app is now ready to train your unique sickness prediction algorithm. It will begin learning what patterns and trends appear before and during you feel sick.

Congratulations! You have now calibrated your unique sickness prediction algorithm and are one step healthier to a healthier you.

Step 8: Receive daily sickness scores based on health patterns

Now that you have calibrated  your unique algorithm. achuTM will analyze your data every day and notify you with your overall risk score.

You will not see a prediction score immediately. It takes 24 hours for achu to analyze and monitor your initial calibration to calculate your prediction and 5 days to give you an accurate pattern analysis.

Your overall score is made up of the individual metrics that are separated into 4 categories:  Heart Patterns, Activity Patters, Sleep Patterns and Weather Patterns

You are now on a path to healthier life. Continue to calibrate achuTM with symptoms when ever you feel sick and check-in daily to grow your unique algorithm.
